3. Keep the bottle aside and let the pills dissolve completely. Only if they do not dissolve then you can lightly stir it.

4. Once dissolved, hit the bottle firmly like shown below, but 10 times on a hard surface like the floor or the table. Make sure the bottle is held upright.
5. Then take 1 tablespoon of this bottle water and add it to half a cup of fresh drinking water. Stir this mixture 10 times in the clockwise direction and drink 1 tablespoon from it.

6. After taking 1 tablespoon, throw the cup water away. However, DO NOT throw the bottle water. Store the bottle water at room temperature, away from sunlight or any strong smelling substances. Kindly label the bottle so as to prevent it being ingested accidentally by you or any family members.

7. The next time you take the dose, repeat the same process starting from step 4 to step 6. You do not need to add more pills when taking the next dose.

8. So every time you take a dose, the bottle is being hit 10 times and this ensures that the potency of the medicine goes one step higher than before, this is called deviating the dose.

9. If you were directed to take the doses for a longer duration and the bottle water finishes before the stipulated time, make a fresh bottle starting from step 1 to step 6.

10. Do not eat or drink anything 15 to 20 minutes before or after taking the dose.
